Wolf Creek

My First trip to Wolf Creek, CO.  Such a great place.  The Timeshare I got was huge.  Full house with a jacuzzi tub in the basement.  The full kitchen was great and saved us from having to go out all week and really relax.  We packed up the cars with our food and a few drinks and the drive was about 9 hours from the valley.  The nice part is Wolf Creek gets the most snow of all Colorado on the average year to year.

So for a snow-sport it is a great place. It is also a little remote so it isn't packed! Lift ticket under 50$ make it also really reasonable especially with a military discount making them less.

Four Corners is a pretty cool spot. It is in he middle of absolutely nowhere but is definitely worth the stop.  In the winter there aren't a lot of vendors there but we did patron a few there.  I got a very cool ceramic that would be at least 300% more in Phoenix.

Rugby.  Who would have thought? I started by looking at a few clubs in the valley after I returned from deployment.  I got the bug in me when I was in Australia.  Every time Eric and I turned on the TV in the hotel, or in all the restaurants we frequented rugby was on.  Then on holiday in Ireland I caught that Leinster match live and I was hooked.  It is such a great game and on top of that great camaraderie in the club.
